GO Interiors are happy to announce that we have recently relocated our Teesside branch to a new one acre site in Middlesbrough. Acting jointly with Leeds based Carter Towler, Connect Property North East were responsible for completing the letting on behalf of a private investment client.
Guy Hamilton. Branch Manager at GO Interiors, said: “We’re delighted with the result. Relocating this busy and expanding business, into a completely redesigned and reconstructed site, was always going to be challenging. “We really appreciate the advice and help we’ve had and being a blank page it’s allowed us to include some of our exciting new building products, like magnetic plastering, loadbearing plasterboard, expandable internal door and window frames, frameless internal office glass screens and acoustic ceiling rafts, “There is also a dedicated training facility, where specialist subcontractors and specifiers can try out these and other ground-breaking products, for themselves, in the New Year.“
Director Jonathan Simpson at Connect Property North East, said: “the property previously occupied by Travis Perkins has undergone a significant refurbishment in order to meet the occupational needs of Go Interiors. “We received a high level of interest in the unit from a wide variety of businesses, primarily in the construction and trade related industries.
